|For many years the personnel policy in Fama has been to create and maintain stable and quality job positions. The Fama staff currently consists of 166 people (112 men and 54 women), with 93% of permanent contracts and 7% of temporary contracts. These figures represent an average growth of 15% over the past 4 years.|
