In the virtual reality area, all visitors had the chance to see a simulation of what their living room could be in a virtual setting. This was one of the most visited areas, especially the open day. Asistae, the smart device that helps people who live on their own, caught the attention of journalists and visitors in general. The glass cleaner and table cleaning robots demonstrated how easy it is to clean the home. Fama also displayed some outdoor furniture in the garden area such as La siesta lounger or Arianne Garden which were displayed next to the automatic lawn mower or the barbecue cleaner.
After these three busy days, almost a hundred journalists passed through the Smart Home and numerous TV and radio programmes mentioned our remarkable participation in the event.
Collaborative robots, drones, exoskeletons, 3D printers, Industry 4.0 ... were some of the innovations that could be seen in this latest edition of ‘Global Robot Expo 2017’, held in the Glass Pavilion of the Casa de Campo in Madrid from 2nd to 4th February 2017.
