Helping boost the economic situation of the area, creating stable jobs.A recent socio-economic study shows that in Spain, among a working population of 16 million workers,
approximately 7 million have insecurity in their jobs. This high percentage of insecurity (43%), directly
affects social climate, business competitiveness and subsequently consumer behaviour, one of the
economic indicators that all the experts point out as key to economic recovery.
For many years the personnel policy in Fama has been to create and maintain stable and quality job
positions. The Fama staff currently consists of 158 people (105 men and 53 women), with 87% of
permanent contracts and 13% of temporary contracts. These figures represent an average growth
of 12% over the past 4 years.
