Continuous staff training in the company, considering training as fundamental to achieve the company objectives.
|The training is fundamental; we have a very simple protocol of information and initial training for all workers, in addition to an internal supervision and continuous training system in all sections of our production process. As a curious comment we must say that every year our staff use all the training credits granted to the company, which is an excellent indicator of our staff commitment to expand knowledge in languages, information technology, design, etc.|
|Related to training, we support young students of the International Trade and Commerce and Marketing Studies taught at the secondary schools of Yecla and the neighbour town of Villena who participate in internship programs.|
|Many students have been able to complete their training in our company, and every year we receive a greater number of requests for this type of practices.|
|The 1st “Master’s degree of Life” for the children of the Fama workers
|Last month of June, we had the idea of creating a “scholarship” for the children of the Fama workers who were studying at the University: the 1st “Master’s degree of Life”.|
|We decided contracting them in July during their summer holidays, so they could learn to appreciate the value of things and know the company where their parents work from the inside. This way, apart from the fact that they got extra money to help them throughout the year, perhaps the most important thing was the experience that they and their parents lived.
